SantaVoice.AI is provided strictly for entertainment and personal enjoyment purposes. This service creates personalized voice messages using AI technology to bring holiday joy to families. The messages, voices, and characters are fictional and created for fun.

By using this service, you acknowledge that:

• All content is AI-generated and for entertainment only
• We make no guarantees about message accuracy or suitability
• You use this service at your own discretion
• Messages should not be used for medical, legal, or professional advice

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Appropriately: Only generate content suitable for children and families
• No Harmful Content: Not create messages with hate speech, violence, or inappropriate content
• Respect Others: Not impersonate real people or use the service to deceive anyone
• Payment Obligations: Pay all subscription or credit fees when due
• Accurate Information: Provide truthful account information

3. Credits & Subscription Policy

Monthly Credits: Subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle (every 30 days from purchase date). Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Purchased Credits: One-time credit purchases expire after 90 days from purchase date.

Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits. After credits are used, all sales are final.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the messages you create. However, by using our service, you grant SantaVoice.AI a non-exclusive license to process, store, and deliver your content.

Our Technology: All AI models, voice technology, website code, and branding remain the exclusive property of SantaVoice.AI.

5. Data Retention & Privacy

We are GDPR compliant:

• Audio/Video Files: Stored for 6 months for paid users
• Account Data: Stored securely with encryption
• Payment Info: Processed by Stripe (we never store card details)
• Your Rights: Request data deletion at any time via email

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• SantaVoice.AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation
• You assume all risks associated with using AI-generated content

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Update pricing with 30 days notice for existing subscribers
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Update these Terms of Service (we'll notify you via email)

8. Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to create an account and purchase subscriptions. Parents/guardians may create accounts to generate messages for their children.

9. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Create inappropriate or harmful content
• Engage in fraud or payment disputes
• Abuse the service or attempt to hack our systems

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria (EU). Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sofia, Bulgaria.
